Possible new commission types?

Hi! Loving the idea of this site, I've been looking for somewhere to keep track of my work and after using Google Docs, Excel, Notepad and God only knows what else, I think I've found somewhere to FINALLY keep my permanent to-do list haha.

A couple of things I'd love to have though would be the following:

- "On Hold" and "Awaiting Details" commission status' (I often get commissioners paying but not sending refs yet, or people asking to put commishes on hold for now)
- Option to put a price range rather than single price into a commission type (when I put 5-10 for example, it says it must be numerical only)
- Option to select or enter the number of charas in a commission (just so I can keep track!)

'Commission List' Easier to see

SO Not sure if this is already something you have on your list of things to do and such, and this is really minor XD but is it possible in the future to make the users 'commission list' a bit easier to see? Bigger font or in its own box?

This way of people click on the user page for commission status they can see or find the list easier.

I am also curious (maybe I'm just dumb) how the 'apply' function works for commissions. It says 0 for me, and I'm assuming that means '0 have applied'. Is there a way to limit the amount of 'applications' for this? I usually don't like to have more than 5 in my queue.

"Waiting for" list?

I really love how organized this is and it's really helping me keep track with the amount of stuff I have to do!

I was wondering if it's possible to have another list for those who are waiting for art? Not only for commissions but for trades as well? For someone who likes to keep their things in one place, it will definitely be a nice feature <3

Old Features? Possible Colour schemes?

In the old site I really enjoyed how when you finished a commission and you typed it as delivered (or wrote refunded or not paid) it went to the bottom of the commission list?

I just honestly really liked that feature in the older site and it would be really cool to see it on this site again ^^
Since on this one even if you write it as delivered it stays in the same order as when you first typed it and I feel since you cannot delete old commissions, that this would get really hard since you'll always need to keep scrolling to the bottom to see the newer things.

Just my thoughts.
Great site, I'm also very excited to see how the overall design look for this site will be.

You know my feelings on the obnoxious colouring of the site as it is now haha
I personal enjoy grey and neutral colours. Possibly if you really want some purple in there to add a bit of purple here and there but not for the whole site.
But black and grey and white would look really professional and nice ^^

Delete Commission Types?

Hello there! uvu First off let me say thank you for creating such an amazing system. I've never been able to keep everything so detailed and ordered as I can now! But on to the suggestion--

It isn't really a pressing matter to me now, but it was on the old site. ;^; There's no way to delete commission types! Now, we can edit them, which is AWESOME for typos, but what if we discontinue using a certain commission type and don't have anything to replace it?

I suppose this would go hand in hand with deleting/hiding completed commissions though? ;w;

I was wondering if you could possibly arrange art by status again, and not by date added, like on the socksthefox website.

My second suggestion is also seperating them via colors like on the one you'll be closing down soon too? If that is at all possible?

I imagine that might be hard to do since you decided use a forum (mybb) instead of the original script you wrote for it? I don't mean to sound picky or anything, but the original, not linked to mybb seemed much more, user friendly? :3 In regards to each status having its own color and it being seperated by status and not date. In the end, it was also easier to manage as well, compared to how you currently have this one setup. Thats just my two cents though, and sorry if my own thoughts offend you ^^;

TranquilArt To Do List

Alrighty everyone, here's the master To-Do list for the site. If an idea shows up in here, it's definitely going to be worked on someday!

~~Theme - Good lord yes we're working on the theme! I just slapped this up to make sure the colors we had in mind would work together, and so things would at least visually stay consistantish.~~
Hide old commissions - One thing people may want is to keep things tidy! I'll probably have this so that users can hide finished or canceled commissions that have been sitting for around a month.
Advertising System - Running this site costs money, and I can't pay for this 100% out of pocket forever. Don't worry, we'll do something like FA where the users buy the adspace.
Watching - The MyBB Buddy system doesn't look like it's gonna cut it for a watcher type system, so I'm going to rip it out and replace it.
Notifications - This one is already written, sort of. I just need to get the watcher system working and integrate our customizations with MyAlerts
Little things - Things like the user location don't work in our customizations, but it's not too hard to get them to work! I just wanted to make sure the core is stable before moving on to these things
~~URL prettying - http://tranquilart.net/user/SocksTheFox isn't as nice as http://tranquilart.net/user/socksthefox~~ Done!
~~HTTPS - This one costs money so I'll have to wait until I get the ad system up and running.~~
ToS section - I need to rework the profile setup anyway so I'll probably add this in at that time
Commission examples - This is an important usability aspect, and is one of the higher priorities
